'SHIN WHEEL'  Hebrew letter meaning El Shaddai, Almighty God

These KLJ earrings are made in the customary way, with hand chasing and repousse.  The look is really unusual.  They can be made in bronze, copper or silver, also in the size of your choice.  The diameter of these is 1 3/4 inches. You won't find anything like it anywhere, especially with the message which is most important.

El Shaddai is one of God's names, revealing His character, multi-faceted, although He is unchanging...the One and only eternal God, Creator of the universe, working out His will and fulfilling His Word, often in mysterious unexpected ways.  He is totally outside of our box and the most exciting Being to know.  Wow, imagine that.  He wants us to know Him and has made the way through His Son!

Notice the design of these earrings makes a wheel.  Wheels move and this is what God is powerfully doing.  If we will give Him first place in our lives, we may see what He is doing in the small and large things...best of all, we can learn to hear His voice and move with Him.  All He does is fitting with His character, based on love.  He is working everything out for good, so we can come into His rest and trust Him.  This is perfect peace....Shalom!

God first revealed His name of El Shaddai, when He made His eternal covenant with Abraham to make him a great nation...to make him a great nation, and this specific nation a blessing to the whole world.
The Messiah came into the world through Israel and He is returning there, where God's Holy Name is placed....God will bless those who bless Israel and curse those who curse Israel. Genesis 12:2-3

According to His purpose, He has chosen this tiny nation to reveal who He is to to the entire world.  When not in line with His ways, according to His Word, they were disciplined severely. We who are not Jewish have been grated into God's Vine by His grace and mercy.
...ours is not to judge, but walk in mercy.  The calling is high for all who know Him and not to be taken lightly or complacently.  The goal is for His Kingdom to be established here on earth and for many to come into His amazing love!

Shalom Sign

Shalom is a beautiful word. Here you have it both in English and Hebrew, designed using chasing and  dapping tools for the repousse effect above and reverse repousse below.  The metal is brass, but I polished it without cleaning off the oxidation from annealing the metal for the look of antiquity.
Recently, I had a wonderful opportunity to join friends traveling in Israel.  Everyone uses 'Shalom' there as a greeting, 'Hello' or 'Goodbye', but it means so much more than that.  Shalom means completeness, wholeness, health, welfare, safety, soundness, tranquility, prosperity, perfectness, fullness, rest, harmony, the absence of discord or strife, with nothing missing or broken.  Shalom comes from the root verb shalom meaning to be complete, perfect and full.  This I always longed for deep in my heart, but never found it until I met the Prince of Peace, Sar Shalom, who is Jesus, Yeshua.  Without Him is no shalom.  Choosing to walk with Him each day, with its twists and turns, challenges and victories, often closes with amazement at how things worked out... "How did You do that, Lord?"
"The LORD bless you and keep you, the LORD make His face shine on you, and be gracious to you; the LORD lift up His countenance on you, and give you... SHALOM."  Numbers 6:24-25

In these days we need this reminder:
Fear Not, for I Am with you; Be not dismayed, for I Am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you.  I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.  Isaiah 43:10

Fear is a tactic of the enemy. It paralyzes and quenches the Spirit.... We have victory in the awesome One and only Living God, who goes before us each day.  Those who know Him will do exploits for The Kingdom.  Even walking in our daily lives is a wonder; how He orchestrates each happening.  And this is all a gift, by coming into relationship with The Father, through the sacrifice of His Son, Jesus, who died and rose from the dead...coming again as the King of Kings!

The design on the cuffs is on a Copper plate over Sterling.  It is 1/4 inch wide...looks nice by itself, or with other bracelets.  You can choose from a great selection of bangles, link bangles or other cuffs.  It is exciting to select and wear KLJ pieces of jewelry , as a personal statement.  This jewelry is much more than a beautiful decoration. It has purpose and meaning.

The rings are made with Sterling only, or with the Copper plate.  Copper and Silver look beautiful together, but you can choose which ever you prefer.  The width is 3/16 inch.  They are available as sized rings to fit your finger, or as a wrap ring, which can be adjusted for size.  Copper needs a bit more polishing than silver, but I wear it all the time and use either a polish cloth, or extra fine steel wool...works fine!

I have made the Fear Not design both in English and in Hebrew.  Personally, I love the Hebrew and am working on learning to speak and read as much as I can...the language of the Bible, and it all started in Israel. He is the God of Israel, Creator of the Universe.  Please let me know if you have any questions, or would like a customized size, design, or.... I love new ideas and there is no end to them.

Until the next time...Shalom!

This is the new Almond Rod cuff...it is 1 inch by 6 inches, sterling silver.  I use chasing tools, which  date back to the 3rd Century BC.  This technique works best for me, because you can make virtually any design, although it takes longer. God speaks to my heart and gives me new ideas, so I need this flexibility.

First you have to draw it on the metal with a pencil.  The tools are  small iron rods with straight or curved lines on the bottom, of different sizes.  You hold it in your left hand, balancing the tool on the metal, and hammer with your right hand.  This cuff has a repousse design, which you can see makes the leaves and almonds raised.  This is done using dapping tools.

The Almond Rod, Numbers 17:8, is a symbol of authority given by God to Aaron.  He was being challenged in his position and God showed he was designated by having his rod bud and blossom, while the others did not.  This is important for believers in Jesus,Yeshua, because we will run into opposition...even doubting thoughts of our own.  God has given us authority for the calling we have from Him to fulfill.  We must use it.  These are the Last Days before His return and the battles are raging, but we can stand victoriously by faith...bringing restoration, setting the captives free. sharing gospel of the Kingdom.

Each of the King Lives Jewelry pieces has a Scripture meaning and comes with a Scripture scroll.  Each has a different design and you will see lots of variety.  There is no other jewelry like it...beautifully handmade, with a meaning and purpose, as well as a valuable piece of artwork....a wise investment in more than one way!

Okay, just to let you know that I have been encouraged to 'Blog' by some friends.  I really love to make connections with people, so will be telling you about my new KLJ pieces as they are posted on the link above.  The process of getting them onto the website and Etsy.com takes longer, because I am also a dyslexia specialist and have quite a full schedule of tutor students.  When I get out to the workshop, it is a 'slice of heaven' for me!   Keep posted...

Know His Name....Yireh/ Provider

Each of these names of God is especially beautiful in sterling silver, uniquely designed by using the chasing tool technique.  This dates back to the 3rd century B.C. , so is not often seen in jewelry.  The design, or Hebrew letters for these pieces, has to first be drawn onto the silver.  I just use a pencil.

Depending on the shape of the design, tools with straight or curved edges are then held in the left hand.  The right hand holds the hammer, while the silver is on a flat steel.  It takes practice to gain skill with this, but the ability to apply different designs is endless and virtually impossible any other way. Each piece has variations, due to this and the lovely handmade look and quality results.

The depth which can be added to pieces takes place in adding the repousse, or raised look.  This can also be reversed, or lowered, which fills in the letters and makes them more pronounced.

So now back to Yireh or Provider.  I am not a theologian, but am only speaking from my heart to share the amazing ways The Lord is in my life actively.  The scripture is Genesis 22:14 where God tested Abraham by telling him to sacrifice his promised son, Isaac, son of God's covenant.  How could this be, but The Lord is God who has already seen our need and has provided....the catch is that it is in His timing and not ours.

This can get pretty 'exciting' to say the least!  And my situation was nothing like Abraham's, but then he is the father of our faith in the God of Israel and Creator of the universe.  I am just me....but that doesn't mean I am some cool cucumber in every situation.  No, lately I had some pretty major expenses and still have more with my abode and the KLJ workshop coming up.  So far, it has all been provided for and I am trusting in the faithful great I AM to do far beyond my expectations.

There is always enough and more to be a blessing to others, so everything keeps going around, smile!  The key is: don't be anxious and don't keep a closed fist.  Trust Him! We are only taking care of what  He trusts us with, be willing to give it up, so He can give it back or do something much better. This can be what we possessions, dreams, whatever...

I still haven't had time to take those beautiful pictures of each of these Names of God pieces for the website. Yikes...but it is coming to the top of my list. Then you can pick out what is speaking to your heart, start your KLJ collection, or make it grow!  Thanks for joining me here at the KLJ Blogspot! Until the next time, much shalom to you!

Know His Name....Ruach/ Spirit

Every morning, during my  quiet time with The Lord, I sing Psalm 91 and branch off as His Spirit leads.  This Psalm is our covering in 'any' way we need it, totally profound.  Since I have been working on the Names of God KLJ collection, I have especially been focusing on verse 14 of this Psalm.

Because he hath set his love upon attached himself to me, therefore will I deliver him shall I slip him away: I shall set shall loft him on high, because he hath known my name.

What a powerful and indescribable Name above all Names, which we come to know ever deeper in our lives, as we experience how He meets us way beyond our greatest expectations.  He simply is not in our 'box', smile!!

Ruach of Zechariah 4:6  This is the word of The Lord unto Zerubbabel/ or to you and I, saying, not by might/valour, nor by power/force, but by my spirit, saith The Lord of Hosts/ Yah Veh Sabaoth!

So many things to accomplish, both practically and heart vision, but nothing results from my effort, unless I yield myself to The Lord...invite the Spirit to lead me and enjoy the 'ride'.  Then what a difference it makes.  At times, I find that I must give up my own plans for the day...and what needed to happen takes place.  At the end of the day, I scratch my head in wonder asking, " How did you do that, Lord?"

Our battle is in the spiritual realm and the victory is only by His overcoming Spirit.  All I really want is to be hidden in Him, so He can shine through, reaching this world with His love and power...bringing His life and ways to be known...yes, His awesome name.
